Sports Treaty Awards produces trophies, medals, and honorary plaques from acrylic glass and metal, with laser engraving, intended exclusively for children's sports clubs, amateur competitions, and corporate team-building events. We do not sell products for unregulated official sports leagues or sensitive associations.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of texts, logos, and specifications submitted for engraving. Any error introduced by the client cannot be attributed to the manufacturer. Orders containing prohibited elements (political symbols, discriminatory messages) will be automatically rejected.

We commit to delivering products that conform to the agreed specifications, using high-quality materials and laser engraving technology. In the event of manufacturing defects, we will replace the product at no additional cost within 14 days of notification.

Sports Treaty Awards is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or delays caused by third parties (courier, force majeure events). Total liability for an order is limited to the invoiced value of the respective products.

Payment is made in full before production begins, via bank transfer or online card. The delivery time is 10-15 working days from order confirmation and approval of the engraving proof. Any delay on the client's part in approving the proof will extend the deadline accordingly.

Order cancellation is only possible before production begins, with a 15% commission deducted from the total value. Customized products cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects. For dispute resolution, the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.
